Aisha Yesufu, BringBackOurGirls, BBOG co-convener, on Tuesday lashed out at Buhari government over its claim that Boko haram has been defeated.

The activist stated this on her Twitter account in reaction to the bomb blast at Adamawa mosque, Mubi. The incident claimed dozens of lives.

According to Aisha, the government has not won war against Boko Haram and must act immediately to ensure security of Nigerians.

She further expressed sadness at recurring devastating attacks.

“What a tragedy! What sadness! Innalillahi wa inna ilaihi rajiun.

“May the soul of those that died in the Mubi suicide bombings rest in peace. May the injured be healed.

“The government must do more to protect citizens.

“Enough of we have won the war propaganda. CITIZENS are dying.

“The Nigerian life must matter for the Nigerian government to protect lives and properties,” Aisha tweeted.
