Psalms 110:1-7

KJV: The LORD said unto my Lord, Sit thou at my right hand, until I make thine enemies thy footstool.

WEB: Yahweh says to my Lord, “Sit at my right hand, until I make your enemies your footstool for your feet.”

NLT: A psalm of David. The Lord said to my Lord, “Sit in honor at my right hand until I humble your enemies, making them a footstool under your feet.”

KJV: The LORD shall send the rod of thy strength out of Zion: rule thou in the midst of thine enemies.

WEB: Yahweh will send out the rod of your strength out of Zion. Rule in the midst of your enemies.

NLT: The Lord will extend your powerful dominion from Jerusalem; you will rule over your enemies.

KJV: Thy people shall be willing in the day of thy power, in the beauties of holiness from the womb of the morning: thou hast the dew of thy youth.

WEB: Your people offer themselves willingly in the day of your power, in holy array. Out of the womb of the morning, you have the dew of your youth.

NLT: In that day of battle, your people will serve you willingly. Arrayed in holy garments, your vigor will be renewed each day like the morning dew.

KJV: The LORD hath sworn, and will not repent, Thou art a priest for ever after the order of Melchizedek.

WEB: Yahweh has sworn, and will not change his mind: “You are a priest forever in the order of Melchizedek.”

NLT: The Lord has taken an oath and will not break his vow: “You are a priest forever in the line of Melchizedek.”

KJV: The Lord at thy right hand shall strike through kings in the day of his wrath.

WEB: The Lord is at your right hand. He will crush kings in the day of his wrath.

NLT: The Lord stands at your right hand to protect you. He will strike down many kings in the day of his anger.

KJV: He shall judge among the heathen, he shall fill the places with the dead bodies; he shall wound the heads over many countries.

WEB: He will judge among the nations. He will heap up dead bodies. He will crush the ruler of the whole earth.

NLT: He will punish the nations and fill them with their dead; he will shatter heads over the whole earth.

KJV: He shall drink of the brook in the way: therefore shall he lift up the head.

WEB: He will drink of the brook on the way; therefore he will lift up his head.

NLT: But he himself will be refreshed from brooks along the way. He will be victorious.
