Psalms 108:1-13

KJV: O God, my heart is fixed; I will sing and give praise, even with my glory.
WEB: My heart is steadfast, God. I will sing and I will make music with my soul.
NLT: A psalm of David. A song. My heart is confident in you, O God; no wonder I can sing your praises! Wake up, my soul!

KJV: Awake, psaltery and harp: I myself will awake early.
WEB: Wake up, harp and lyre! I will wake up the dawn.
NLT: Wake up, O harp and lyre! I will waken the dawn with my song.

KJV: I will praise thee, O LORD, among the people: and I will sing praises unto thee among the nations.
WEB: I will give thanks to you, Yahweh, among the nations. I will sing praises to you among the peoples.
NLT: I will thank you, Lord, in front of all the people. I will sing your praises among the nations.

KJV: For thy mercy is great above the heavens: and thy truth reacheth unto the clouds.
WEB: For your loving kindness is great above the heavens. Your faithfulness reaches to the skies.
NLT: For your unfailing love is higher than the heavens. Your faithfulness reaches to the clouds.

KJV: Be thou exalted, O God, above the heavens: and thy glory above all the earth;
WEB: Be exalted, God, above the heavens! Let your glory be over all the earth.
NLT: Be exalted, O God, above the highest heavens. May your glory shine over all the earth.

KJV: That thy beloved may be delivered: save with thy right hand, and answer me.

NLT: Use your strong right arm to save me, and rescue your beloved people.

KJV: God hath spoken in his holiness; I will rejoice, I will divide Shechem, and mete out the valley of Succoth.

KJV: Gilead is mine; Manasseh is mine; Ephraim also is the strength of mine head; Judah is my lawgiver;
WEB: Gilead is mine. Manasseh is mine. Ephraim also is my helmet. Judah is my scepter.
NLT: Gilead is mine, and Manasseh is mine. Ephraim will produce my warriors, and Judah will produce my kings.

KJV: Moab is my washpot; over Edom will I cast out my shoe; over Philistia will I triumph.

KJV: Who will bring me into the strong city? who will lead me into Edom?

NLT: But who will bring me into the fortified city? Who will bring me victory over Edom?

KJV: Wilt not thou, O God, who hast cast us off? and wilt not thou, O God, go forth with our hosts?
WEB: Haven’t you rejected us, God? You don’t go out, God, with our armies.
NLT: Have you rejected us, O God? Will you no longer march with our armies?

KJV: Give us help from trouble: for vain is the help of man.
WEB: Give us help against the enemy, for the help of man is vain.
NLT: Oh, please help us against our enemies, for all human help is useless.

KJV: Through God we shall do valiantly: for he it is that shall tread down our enemies.
WEB: Through God, we will do valiantly. For it is he who will tread down our enemies.
NLT: With God’s help we will do mighty things, for he will trample down our foes.
